Electronic Media
All clips (video, photos, etc.) that are purchased are available for downloading. Currently all items in our store are electronic files and only delivered via downloading. You will be able to download your ordered items following the schedule below.
- Photos: Immediately
- Videos: Videos are queued up in the server to process the editing of a clip. These are typically available for download within a few minutes of purchase. Under heavy traffic conditions, these times may increase. Your order will have an indication and download link when the item is ready for downloading.
You will be able to download your files from the Clip Orders page. Click on the order number, and a list of your purchased media will appear. Links for downloading will be in that list when the files are available for download.
